Cancellation Policy
* Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
* Clients must enter valid card information into the GlossGenius system.
* Clients are responsible for scheduling and remembering their appointment date the moment the session has been booked.
*Please give at least a 48 hour notice before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% the price of your scheduled appointment.
* You are allowed one reschedule for initial appointment and it must be booked in 24 hours of cancelling. After 24 hours, you forfeit your deposit and a new deposit must be paid to book again.
* A late arrival that’s more than 20 minutes without a phone notification will be treated as a No-Show.
* A late arrival with phone notification will be treated as a late cancellation/reschedule if we are unable to perform service in the time remaining.
* If you are sick or feeling unwell, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Please do not under any circumstances come in sick.
* No-Shows, will be charged 100% of service to the card on file
* All No-Shows and anyone with two or more late cancellations will be required to pre-pay for future appointments and may be banned from booking.
